This just in: The new Tasting Room will begin serving food tonight. We understand that they haven't completely finished the kitchen, but they're equipped to be at full service in the front room. (For now, they're keeping the back room closed.) From the scene, "It's still a frenzy down there, but the menu will include Butterfush Escabeche, Eckerton Farm tomatoes, blackfish, roasted squab, roasted chanterelles. There's a six-foot-long cobia. It looks amazing."
