Chalk this one up to timing, if you want to make it sound less crushing. Cercle Rouge, though it opened big, hasn't ever really gotten that McNally-esque momentum train going. A big money installation, Tribeca/West Broadway rents, and their newfound liquor license issues can only mean one thing: if she survives the summer sans reinvention or full-on shuttering, it'll be nothing short of a miracle.
