Bruno Pizza will "beta test" a hot dog-centric lunch menu in the coming weeks in anticipation of rolling out a full time lunch service by the end of the month. Owner Demian Repucci tells Eater: "We have made our own hot dogs and custom buns made with our fresh-ground flour." These will be offered exclusively at lunch. There will also be pizza and housemade sodas available during the test run this coming Friday, and eventually sandwiches and salads as well. There will be additional "beta tests" on January 18 and 22, with full lunch service beginning on January 25.
