BATTERY PARK — Le District's openings are almost complete. Brasserie Beaubourg and Le Bar started serving tres French fare a week ago and now, eight market counters including the wine bar and butcher counter are open, as are the market's coffee and pastry sections. The garden district, which will carry prepared foods and groceries will open in about 10 days.
