Today, with almost no advance warning, team Torrisi unleashes lunch at its Lower East Side hit, Dirty French. The menu, which has been a good four months coming, is a pared-down version of the mostly-French menu served at dinner, with the revolutionary addition of sandwiches. There's a banh mi (with foie gras of course), a dry aged beef French dip, and the dish no lunch menu would be without: a burger (made with lamb in this case).
Lunch is served from noon to 3 p.m., and should be a great option for anyone hoping to impress a client with table side oyster service, or to avoid one of the sceniest dinnertime scenes of 2014. Check out the full menu, below:
