There was only one way that Brucie could top last year's Beyonce-themed Valentine's Day dinner: With a Kim and Kanye-themed Valentine's Day dinner. Next month, when most restaurants are serving mediocre prix fixes, the little Cobble Hill restaurant will be serving not one but two set menus, depending on whether you'd rather fantasize about life as Kanye West or pretend you're a member of the Kardashian family.
The five-course Kim-themed menu includes such dishes as stuffed kalimari, rice balls with Kim-chi, and mak and kheese. Were any of these dishes pulled from the pages of Kris Jenner's cookbook? One can only hope.
Meanwhile, the Kanye menu includes "My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy" (squid ink tagliatelle with duck confit) and "Imma Let You Finish" (dessert, otherwise described as "Yeezcake"). For the true romantics, there's also the North West for two: salmon en croute.
