The retail component of Brooklyn Fare Manhattan is now open for business in Hell's Kitchen, but the restaurant won't open for another few weeks. Word on the street is that the Brooklyn Fare crew is targeting an early January opening date for the restaurant, which will have about 65 seats in the dining room, plus a 10-seat chef's counter. Cesar Ramirez will oversee the operation, and Jared Sippel, formerly of Boulder's Frasca Food and Wine, will run the kitchen. [EaterWire][Photo: Foursquare]
